Sales & Office Administrator
upto 24k
Monday to Friday 37.5hrs/week
West Preston
To support the Sales Team and the PA to the Directors with admin duties including (but not limited to):
Duties:
Drafting sales documents, including commercial invoices, and packing lists
Importing sales enquiries onto prospect or customer profiles
Processing customer purchase orders and issuing order acknowledgements
Converting quotes to sales orders and providing customers with relevant documentation
Producing customer quotations
Greeting visitors positively, maintaining professional composure throughout any interactions with customers, suppliers or potential clients and booking them in with visitor badges
Answering, screening and forwarding calls from the switchboard
Organising refreshments and working lunches for meetings and visitors
Meeting Room and Company Vehicle bookings
Travel arrangements
Opening and distributing mail
Customer feedback request emails / collating feedback / raising any suggestions
Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, shredding, documents branding as required by the sales team and Directors' PA
Assisting the sales team and Directors' PA with other sales or administration related duties, as required
Requirements:
Experience in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, etc
Candidates must be eligible to work and live in the UK
