Job Overview:
HRGO Recruitment are seeking a highly motivated Sales Advisor to join our clients sales team. The Sales Advisor will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements. The successful candidate will be passionate about sales, possess excellent communication skills, and have a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, emails, and networking events, to generate leads and drive sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the company.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations and solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, showcasing the features and benefits of our products.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring maximum profitability for the company.
- Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor's offerings to identify new sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Sales Manager, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
- Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with customers.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Solid organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Knowledge of the [industry/sector] and understanding of customer needs and pain points.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
