Sales Advisor

Are you looking to get into sales, or progress into an office based sales environment?

You will be working in a fun and friendly team with monthly incentives and rewards. The role will be predominantly telephone based and will include receiving friendly/warm inbound calls from existing customers wishing to purchase/upgrade their financial products.

- Full time, 37.5 hours per week Mon-Fri (rolling two-week shift pattern 9:00 - 17:30 one week then 10:00 - 18:30 the following week)
- Salary £23,544 per annum

Training and mentorship will be provided!

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm and 10am to 6.30pm
Start date: 26th February
Salary: £23,544 + commission

Your main responsibility will be making outbound warm calls to sell child trust funds, to a target audience.
Duties will include:
* Working on an automated dialler system.
* Making sales through conversations with customers, about products and policies
* Updating customer records on an in-house database
* Achieving daily and weekly targets, to earn commission!

You will be rewarded for your hard work with an attractive commission structure paid monthly and the opportunity to progress within the team up to management level.
Salary is £23,544 + UNCAPPED commission!!
