Sales Advisor

As our Sales Advisor you will handle a broad range of calls from customers so the work is varied and challenging, but we give you all the training and support you need to be successful. As our Sales Advisor you just need to be a good communicator, a natural problem solver and comfortable picking up new systems and processes quickly.
What will I be doing as a Sales Advisor?
- Deal effectively & efficiently with all Sales related requests primarily via the inbound phone channel but when necessary, via QMS/e-mail/webchat & take responsibility for processing each query through to a satisfactory conclusion
- Through great conversations offer upsell and cross sale products
- Work closely with other areas of the business and our suppliers, maintaining & developing collaborative relationships to support our customers.
- Develop your product knowledge so you can help customers with technical queries.
- Keep informed on marketing and promotional activity.
About You

- £23,333 (£11.58ph) base salary rising to £24,444 once you have passed you probation (SIP), and achieved performance targets for 3 consecutive months
