Acorn by Synergie is working with a manufacturer in the Ammanford area seeking Sales Advisors/Administrators on a permanent basis. Thier client is well respected in their industry with on-site parking, with work being from the office full time.
Job description:
To provide Quotes and Order Support for New and Existing Business Clients supporting Sales and ensuring Order Satisfaction
To engage quickly with customers and build a rapport which leads to a positive outcome
To work with the Team to achieve set Sales Targets in a busy environment - track performance and identify areas for improvement whilst taking appropriate actions to achieve your goals
To gain understanding of Industry Specific Software which enables accurate and timely responses to Customer requests
To provide regular updates around Customer Activity through clear communication coordinating with other departments
Job Requirements:
Previous telephony sales environment experience
Due to location, candidates will need to have their own transport to get to and from site
Adaptable and confident
IT Literate including knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent communication skills
Enthusiastic, energetic approach to work- eager to take the extra step to providing exceptional Customer Service
