The Key AccountsSales Advisor will be a vital part of the Packaging team. You will be responsible for maintaining excellent customer relationships with international Key Accounts.
This position will suit an engaging, confident, well-organised individual with the ability to prioritise their workload in relevant importance and an excellent eye for attention to detail.
Role Overview- Interact with the Business Development Managers and contribute to action plans for specific customer portfolios to improve customer satisfaction and increase market share and profitability.
- Support the development of customer portfolios by proactively selling products/services.
- Process stock and customer orders (received by telephone and email), completing administrative processes of order transactions directly into SAP. Keep order trackers updated for UK, Export and PDF orders.
- Ensure compliance is met by providing support with processes and methods used for export, couriers and warehouse.
- Interact and trade with suppliers for orders by providing detailed order information to meet specific customer needs.
- Respond to customer enquiries by providing prices, product information, quotes, and samples. Deal with and resolve any customer complaints by liaising with Logistics and Credit Control to maintain effective customer relationships.
- Maximise customer sales by offering added value options in pricing, services, and the mix of customer products.
- Undertake all necessary planning for any peak key promotional days.

Knowledge of products/services would be a benefit but not necessary to this Sales Advisor role.
