Sales Advisor

If you’re interested in retail and looking for a new challenge, here’s the ideal opportunity. Highly enthusiastic, you will assist the store manager with day to day procedures. You will be self-motivated and maintain a first class customer service and drive sales forward whilst dealing with customer on a daily basis. Must be flexible throughout the week. The position will include, but will not be limited to the following duties: Assisting customers with the selection of products and determining their needs accordingly. Meeting individual and store targets. Merchandising and replenishing stock as required, whilst maintaining high shop floor standards. Operating the tills, handling financial transactions including exchanges and following cashing up procedures. Assisting with deliveries. Undertaking cleaning and housekeeping duties as and when required..

Minimum of 2 GCSE's (or equivalent) Grade C or above in English and Maths.Previous retail/customer service experience is essential. Passionate about mobile phones and customer service.Experience in the use of EPOS systems.
