As a Sales Advisor based in Southport you’ll be responsible for:
- Assisting customers on the trade counter by understanding their needs and offering product advice.
- General warehouse duties including picking & packing customer orders, unpacking and putting away deliveries and ensuring high standards are maintained in the warehouse.
- Handling customer enquires via phone and email with a proactive and positive approach.
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team – no previous industry knowledge is required as full training will be provided.
- Outstanding communication skills and confidence speaking with customers.
- Excellent time management skills.
This is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday between 8am - 5pm and Saturday mornings 8am - 12 noon on a rota after training.
