This Sales and Admin Executive role will involve but not be limited to the following responsibilities:

Daily Administrative and Account Management Tasks:

  • Generate and send weekly invoices
  • Maintain booking logs, review customer booking trends, and send delivery instructions to clients.
  • Complete Post Distribution Reports, use eye tracking software for customer retention, and create competitive reports.
  • Organise creative folders and provide weekly figures and monthly board reports.
  • Attend and actively contribute to weekly meetings, implementing agreed-upon actions promptly.
  • Update internal systems with customer information and prepare bespoke schedules for clients.

Account Management Support:

  • Answer incoming calls, respond to customer chat tickets promptly, and handle client emails during peak periods.
  • Check Royal Mail availability, assist in onboarding new users, and create accurate client contracts.
  • Integrate with HubSpot for Sales and service capabilities.
  • Support print quotes to ensure accurate information is passed to the print department.

Sales Activities:

  • Engage with customers to encourage repeat bookings.
  • Make outbound calls to enhance customer engagement and build rapport.
  • Contribute ideas for the growth of the e-commerce platform
  • Support the onboarding of Channel Partners and assist with orders, complaints, and other business needs.

Essential Skills

To perform this Sales and Admin Executive role effectively, we would estimate that the candidate would need the following experience:

Essential

  • Strong communicator with a friendly and helpful demeanour, building rapport with colleagues.
  • Adaptable and collaborative, willingly supporting other departments when needed.
  • Self-starter with a drive to consistently perform at a high standard.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience delivering excellent customer service
  • Minimum of 1 year of working with a professional team/clients
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and intermediate-level Excel, and adept at producing professional documents and presentations using PowerPoint
  • 4 - 6 GCSEs or equivalent to include English Language and Maths
  • Educated to A Level/BTEC or equivalent

Additional Requirements

  • Occasional business travel
  • Flexibility to work extra hours at short notice
  • A full driving licence would be required as the candidate will need to be able to travel to customer meetings etc.

  • Experience working with CRM systems
