Job description

Sales and Business Development Specialist (12-month FTC)

We are working with a forward-thinking leader in Marketing. They are on a mission to redefine leadership with their innovative leadership development programmes. They are looking for a Sales and Business Development Specialist to join them for a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC). This is position is a part time role (2 and a half days a week) that also includes commission.

You will be:

  • Nurturing and converting existing leads and prospecting and building targeted lists.
  • Cultivating the company's database.
  • Conducting effective B2B sales presentations building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Managing the end-to-end B2B sales process enhancing strategies to better convert existing leads.
  • Identifying new data sources.
  • Developing tactics, assets, and processes for lead conversion.
  • Conducting B2B sales negotiations and raising awareness of products
  • Collaborating with day-to-day lead and marketing teams to amplify sales efforts and functionality.

Experience Required:

  • The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in SaaS/digital product B2B selling.
  • Familiarity with E-learning and/or selling to the HR community is considered advantageous.
