The Business Development Specialist will be part of a vital operational sales model focusing on the front end, resilience, tenacity, an eye for opportunity, and a strong desire to achieve your goals. We represent our world management consultancy to new and existing businesses across the globe, partner alongside our experts, and provide a platform for our Business Development Directors to attend Leadership or C-Suite Meetings where we can articulate viable To Be Solutions.
The Profile
The Business Development Specialist will have a background in the sales lifecycle, understanding Renoir’s journey from potential supplier to a valued partner and advisor. At the forefront is a collaborative and consultative approach, reflecting the nature of the investment and the value expected. With that in mind, we would be looking for.
- Minimum of 2 years of previous telephone-based sales experience.
- Ability to negotiate, close, and book a prospective C-Suite meeting.
- Deal effectively and professionally with objections and rejections.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Great relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritise your daily workload.
- A self-starter and people person, naturally curious and engaging.
