The Best Connection are currently recruiting for one of our valued clients based in Wombourne, they are looking for a Sales and Customer Relations Coordinator to join the team on a Permanent basis.
Standard working hours are 08:00AM-17:30PM
As a Sales and Customer Relations Coordinator: You will be responsible for ensuring first-class customer service Generating leads for the existing sales team. Ideal role for someone looking to take their first steps in a sales environment, Transport checks Informing customers of deliveries Inputting customer purchase orders Generating new tenders Introduction Letters (sending out introduction flyers and merchandise) Reporting (collating management information) Black Books (finding new companies) Arranging supplier And Customer meetings for sales representatives Requirements: A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn. Good communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent attention to detail. Previous outbound call experience in either a Call Centre or similar sales/customer service experience would be helpful but not essential. Full Training will be provided - Graduates & sports enthusiasts welcome
