Responsibilities:
- Conduct Sales, lettings and virtual tour viewings with potential buyers and tenants.
- Follow up feedback from previous viewings and provide feedback to Vendors/landlords.
- Respond to inquiries from prospective tenants/buyers and provide information about available properties
- Prepare and distribute marketing materials for sales/rental properties.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling client information.
- Communicating via emails and phone calls to discuss viewings, feedback, offers and applications with our clients.
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
- Strong communication skills with as this role will involve dealing with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Ability to build raport with clients, providing an excellent service.
- Local knowledge of the areas covered.
- Flexibility to work on saturdays.
- A proactive and self-motivated work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as a team.
- ideal experience within property viewings.
- A full UK driving license.
