Sales And Marketing Assistant

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales/Marketing Assistant to join our team. As a Sales/Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Sales and Marketing efforts. Duties:
- Assist with the development and implementation of Sales and Marketing strategies
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities
- Assist in creating marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and social media content
- Support the sales team by preparing sales reports, presentations, and proposals
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials
- Assist in organizing and attending sales meetings, trade shows, and other promotional events
- Maintain customer databases and update customer information as needed
- Provide administrative support to the Sales and Marketing departments

Experience:
- Previous experience in sales or marketing is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
