Sales and Marketing- Alcester – Part-time (either school hours 5 days per week or 3 full days per week) – £12,50 per hour
Arden Personnel is seeking a dynamic and organised Sales and Marketing Administrator to join our reputable recruitment consultancy team. In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting our Sales and Marketing efforts by managing administrative tasks, coordinating marketing activities, and assisting our sales team to ensure seamless operations and successful client engagements. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, exceptional organisational skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
As a Sales and Marketing Assistant, your day to day duties and responsibilities will be:
* Assist with liaising with candidates to establish their needs for new vacancies.
* Assisting in the management of the recruitment CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client and candidate records.
* Assist in creating, organising, and maintaining marketing materials
* Collaborate with the marketing team to execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
* Maintain and update the company’s social media platforms with relevant content to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
* Assist in the coordination of events, workshops, and webinars aimed at promoting the consultancy’s services.
* Monitor and respond to enquiries via email, phone, and other communication channels promptly and professionally.
* Prepare and maintain sales reports, performance metrics, and other key data to support decision-making processes.
* Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive insights.
* Assist in maintaining the company website, ensuring content accuracy and relevance.
* Coordinate and support the execution of sales campaigns, including lead generation activities and follow-ups.
As a Sales and Marketing Assistant, you will require the following skills and experience
* Proven experience in a Sales and Marketing or sales support role
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM systems.
* Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a professional and friendly phone manner.
* Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
* Basic understanding of recruitment industry dynamics and terminology is a plus.
* Creative mindset with an eye for design aesthetics and an understanding of branding principles.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
* Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative in a dynamic and evolving environment.
* Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
