Quietroom is a communications consultancy. Most of our clients operate in regulated industries – like pensions, investments and life insurance. We help them use language and insight to make their products easier to understand and buy. We’re looking for a new Sales and Marketing Executive to support our work in attracting and retaining business. 

 

What you’ll do

You’ll support and help coordinate the group of people at Quietroom who spend some or all of their time on Sales and Marketing. And you’ll develop new ways for us to attract clients more efficiently and effectively. On a typical day you could be:

  • Helping to execute and monitor digital marketing campaigns, tracking their effectiveness

  • Coordinating webinars, workshops and live events, managing and welcoming guests

  • Inputting and analysing data on our Customer Relationship Management system, Zoho

  • Identifying opportunities and turning them into actions: briefing and coordinating team members

  • Reporting on key metrics for engagement and awareness

  • Finding better ways for us to use tools like LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Zoho and web analytics

We’ve embraced hybrid working, so you can work at home or at our office in Hatton Garden, London. You’re free to come in every day if that suits you. We get together for one team day every month, and hold meetings in person when our work will benefit from it.

 

Who you are

We’re looking for someone who has at least a couple of years’ experience in sales or marketing already. You’ll be familiar with CRM systems, understand B2B marketing on LinkedIn and email, and know your way around MS Office suite. You’ll be very organised, need strong written and communication skills, and be good at building relationships with colleagues and clients. 

Lots of people who work at Quietroom didn’t know much about investments or pensions when they joined and you don’t have to either. But it’s really important that you’re prepared to learn about our sector well enough to talk about it with knowledge and enthusiasm.
