Day to day:

• Being the primary point of contact for customers and clients
• Communicate with customers via phone, video call and email
• Building strong and professional relationships with customers
• Analysing account performance and plan follow-ups to assess customer satisfaction
• Address customer concerns promptly
• Maintain and update customer records
