Our client is seeking a passionate and experienced Marketing and Sales Representative to join our growing company. You will drive Sales and rentals while providing excellent customer service. This is a full-time, permanent position with a base salary and an uncapped commission structure.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential tenants and buyers, explaining the benefits and maintaining a professional relationship throughout the sales process.
- Conduct sales activities with honesty, integrity, and trustworthiness, understanding the importance of a customer's decision.
- Become knowledgeable about the company, pricing, customization options, and advantages over competitors' products.
- Manage the sales process, including generating leads, following up on inquiries, and negotiating Sales and rental agreements.
- Maintain strong customer relationships even after the sale, assisting with and providing ongoing support.
- Collaborate with internal teams, share market insights, and contribute to the overall success of the company.
- Continuously improve your knowledge and sales skills.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of Sales and/or marketing experience.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in digital tools and communication channels.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Reliable, organized, and able to manage time effectively.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and committed to personal and professional growth.
- Honest, personable, and able to establish trust with customers.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Secondary/Higher education level.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned market area.
Office Hours: 9am - 5pm.
Salary: 27,000.00 P/A
Base Salary plus Rental and Sales Commission
Permanent role.
