Job description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Order Processing admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and general sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide product information.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.
• Provide assistance to our customer base
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer Sales and Orders.
Education, Experience Qualifications:
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Working knowledge of office software (word, excel, outlook etc.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is a bonus.
• Opportunities for professional development and advancement.
• 4 Weeks paid holiday
• Full driving licence preferred
You will be fully trained by an experienced staff member. You may be required to undertake in-house or supplier training to develop new skills or knowledge. The Company intends to develop your potential and may require you to attend external courses to qualify you further for the job you carry out.

• Monday to Friday (35-Hours)
