Sales and Order Processing Administrator (Export) Chatham, KentGBP24,000 - GBP25,000paHybrid working available after successful completion of probationKHR is working with a leading manufacturer based in Chatham at present and has a fantastic opening available in their established supply chain team for a Sales and Order Processing Administrator (Export) This is the perfect job for someone with proven customer service skills, previous experience processing customer orders, knowledge of export documentation, and experience using SAP.The core purpose of the Sales and Order Processing Administrator (Export) is to support the sales of products to the overseas customer base.Responsibilities of the Sales and Order Processing Administrator (Export) Order processing for the export market Ensuring accurate shipment documentation is completed Updating customers with order and delivery times Liaising with hauliers and freight forwarders Solving problems and customer's queries over email and telephone when they arise Providing administrative support to the teamCandidate Profile Strong sales administrative/ Order Processing experience Knowledge of customs processes for exported goods Good attention to detail Experience with ERP systems Good telephone manners and exceptional spelling, grammar, and numeracy skillsBenefits include Discretionary Bonus, Pension, Holiday, Life Assurance, Eye care, Employee assistance program, cycle2work schemeHours of work are Monday to Friday - 37.5hpw 8:30am - 5.00pm (4pm finish on Friday)At KHR we take care to ensure that you are represented as well as possible so it is worth checking your CV for layout, spelling and grammar as well as making sure it is up to date before you submit.
