Sales Assistant:

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join us as Sales Assistants. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic sales team, engaging directly with customers and contributing to our sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service, assisting customers with inquiries, product information, and order processing face to face with customers
• Support the sales team in generating leads and closing sales at high footfall locations such as retail, events or campaigns
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Prepare sales reports and presentations
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
• Assist in organising sales events and promotions
• Perform general administrative tasks to support the sales department

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English
• Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Organisational skills to maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

This position is based in Sheffield City Centre.
