Job Overview: We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has strong communication skills in both English and Spanish. Responsibilities: - Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries and requests - Communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner, both in person and over the phone - Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns customers may have - Assist with order processing, including entering orders into the system accurately - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies - Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities for growth - Assist with preparing sales presentations and materials - Support the sales team in meeting sales targets and goals Qualifications: - Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written) - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers - Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred - Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication skills - Ability to upsell products or services to customers - Highly organized with strong attention to detail - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Multilingual abilities are a plus If you are a motivated individual with a passion for sales and excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, we would love to hear from you. Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Salary: £7.52-£10.45 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 30 per week
