The Employer is: CANCER FOCUS NORTHERN IRELAND. All duties involved with running a charity shop with the aim of achieving optimum profit by maximising sales. You will be assisting with the management of staff and volunteers in order to ensure the efficient running of the shop. Customer service, cash handling and stock processing will be the major roles of the job, as well as building up knowledge and responsibility over time..

Numerate with the ability to calculate figures and competently undertake administration.Computer literate. , Relevant retail sales experience in the fashion / clothing trade.Experience of working in charity retail.Experience of managing, motivating and training staff and volunteers.Knowledge of selling and merchandising.Experience of dealing with customers and providing excellent customer care.
