Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team in achieving sales goals and targets
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person to understand their needs
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Upsell products or services to increase revenue
- Maintain accurate records of sales data and customer information
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Basic math skills for processing orders and handling transactions
- Excellent time management to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Bilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish, is a plus
- Ability to upsell products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Proficient phone etiquette for professional customer interactions
- Organizational skills to maintain sales records and customer details accurately
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous for catering to diverse customer needs

Pay: £6.70-£13.34 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability
