Sales Assistant (Full-Time)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Full Time Sales Assistant for our exclusive luxury Chocolate concession at Harrods. As a suitable candidate you will;

- Demonstrate your passion for Chocolate, Retail and most of all Patchi Chocolate.
- With your previous experience you will be able to deliver the amazing level of customer service experience that Patchi is renowned for.
- You will be sales focused and be able to work as part of a small team.
- You will report directly to the concession manager.
- As a brand ambassador for Patchi you will play a significant role in contributing to the companies KPI’s, Sales targets and working as a team to ensure that all tasks set out by the concession manager are carried out while respecting Patchi’s company guidelines.
- You will be required to assist the manager and team with the day to day running of the concession. This will include, Merchandising, Stock rotation, Sales, customer service and ensuring that the department is kept clean and tidy.
- Every customer at Patchi deserves the highest level of service, therefore you will have a proven background in high levels of customer service in a retail environment.
As a suitable candidate, you will preferably have previous work experience as a full time Sales Assistant or in a catering environment.
- You will have a proven track record of reaching your sales targets and will be focused on achieving results.
- You will have strong verbal and communication skills.

- Be hard working and able to regularly visit the stockroom and bring stock up to the shopfloor (This requires pushing a trolley up a ramp and onto the shopfloor)
- You will be an ambitious, hard working individual who is always ready to embrace change and learn allowing you to grow in the company
- You will be a dynamic individual who is always smiling (as this is a client facing role)
- You are able to communicate both verbally and written in English (being able to speak other languages will be a plus, especially Arabic/Mardarin however not necessary)
- You will have to be flexible, as Harrods is open from 10am – 9pm however our shift starts at 9am (this allows you enough time to ensure the counter is fully stocked) you will also be required to work most weekends and Bank Holidays.

There are usually 3 shift patterns from Monday - Saturday. These are 9am - 6pm, 11am - 8pm, 12pm - 9pm (These will be allocated on a rota basis)

Pay: £20,000.00-£23,500.00 per year
