Hours: 21 hours per week

We are looking for a Sales Assistant for our Brighton showroom. Can you deliver an exceptional level of personalised service to introduce feel good furniture to our customers and in turn improving their wellbeing.

A day in the life of a Sales Assistant.

Overview of position

On a daily basis you will be dealing with the following to support customers.

· Offering a fantastic service from the start- Opening doors for customers and offering refreshments. If the weather is bad making sure that umbrellas are taken to the car.

· Sharing knowledge about wellbeing benefits of feel-good Furniture.

· Speaking to customers through our exclusive chair fitting service, enabling them to find the right furniture for them.

· Eye for detail to assist the customer with creating their dream furniture, from fabrics, leathers and personal details which will make their furniture not only feel good but look great too.

· You will help keeps showrooms, uniforms and products look their best buy ensuring they are clean, fresh and welcoming.

· Ensuring that customers are happy by creating a welcoming and friendly space.

· Processing customer orders accurately to ensure that their feel-good furniture is crafted to their specification and arrives exactly as the imagined.

Experience / skill required.

· Experienced within retail sales - Desirable.

· Customer service or customer facing experience- Desirable.

· Attention to deal.

· Friendly, welcoming and caring attitude

· Be able to assist with completing a sales order.

· With the roles been customer facing DBS check will apply.

· Our stores are open every day, so it is important to have flexibility to work during the weekends as well as weekdays.

· This includes the HSL Academy, our wide-ranging training programme delivered in Batley at our office, factory and distribution centre
