We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes. Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and preparing sales reports
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person to provide product information and answer any inquiries
- Support the sales team in generating leads and identifying potential customers
- Assist with order processing and ensure timely delivery of products
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate sales activities and resolve customer issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
- Ability to sell products or services by highlighting their features and benefits
- Proficiency in English
- Basic math skills for processing orders and handling payments
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Time management skills to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets
- Upselling skills to promote additional products or services to customers
