We are currently seeking an experienced full-time sales assistant to join our team at our flagship store in Marylebone, London, and Harrods.

In this customer-facing role, a polished appearance, a positive demeanour, a pleasant telephone manner, and proficient computer skills are indispensable. An affinity for coffee is also advantageous.

Main Function and Key Responsibilities: The sales assistant plays a pivotal role in achieving sales targets, collaborating within a small team, and upholding exceptionally high standards of customer service and merchandise presentation.

Desired Skills and Experience: The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and an impeccable presentation. Prior experience in the retail sector is a must, with a deep understanding of premium customer service. A natural people person, the candidate excels in communication skills.

Areas of Responsibility:

Achieve store and personal sales targets

Provide excellent customer service consistently

Keep abreast of product knowledge using available tools

Uphold shop floor standards as directed by management

Maintain visual merchandising criteria and quantities per JURA standards

Prioritize security awareness in the shop

Embrace and communicate JURA brand values to customers, adhering to the JURA dress code at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
