We are an Independent Retailer based in Bristol, selling a stunning range of Beautiful Jewellery.
We are recruiting for a Sales Associate to join our team, in a permanent role.
Responsibilities:
- Approaching customers to offer them advice on products to encourage them to buy
- Ensuring customers receive the best shopping experience
- Locate products on behalf of customers
- Customer Service
- Cashier
- Keeping all items fully stocked
- Dealing with complaints in a patient and helpful manner
- Maintain a clean and orderly environment in store
Requirements:
- Must be able to work Tuesday - Saturday inclusive - 42.5 hrs per week
- Able to work both Saturday and Sunday if needed
- Able to work more hours if required during busy periods ie; Summer & Christmas
- Working up to the close of business on Christmas Eve
- Able to work holiday and sick cover when needed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and outgoing personality
- Retail Sales Experience
