Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Secure a high number of sales through being fully committed to addressing the needs of the customer, nurturing relationships with loyal customers
- Provide excellent customer service and connect with the customer in a genuine and articulate way, ensuring that they are always your top priority.
- Have excellent knowledge of all the brands and products we stock
- Take initiative to drive sales and KPIs
- Act as a brand representative to promote a positive and inclusive environment in line with AIDA’s values
- Be proactive with product knowledge training to pass on up to date information to customers to support their buying decisions.
Operations
- Assist with unpacking deliveries of new stock. Get merchandise shop floor ready by steaming and tagging product.
- Maintain an immaculately organised stockroom and sales floor and high levels of cleanliness
- Loss prevention
Shop Floor
- Maintain the highest visual standards on the shop floor
- Ensure restock happens daily and the shop floor is always fully replenished
- Adopt a proactive approach to job tasks and work as a team to create a positive working environment
