Sales Co-Ordinator (5495)

Murray Recruitment have an excellent opportunity for a Technical Sales Co-ordinator to join their clients, Building Solutions team. This position will support the operation in the growing market of heating and plumbing systems.
Job Purpose
Reporting to the Sales Managers, you will be a member of the Technical Sales team working on a range of heating and plumbing projects, from project tender submission to installation and commissioning of projects, providing technical support to customers in the UK and ROI.
Job Responsibilities
Creating bills of materials, quotations, or tender submissions.
Working with clients from early feasibility stages of a project to its installation, commissioning, as well as occasional technical support during installation/in operation.
Using AutoCAD or equivalent software and to produce and work with drawings.
Working with customers directly, as well as with customer relationship management systems.
Managing focused independent tasks on projects.
Working as part of the wider project team.
Liaising with management and external parties involved in projects.
Experience
Experience working within a similar role as Sales Coordinator, Estimating Assistant, Commercial Assistant, Project Administrator or Project Assistant
Team player and a driven individual with attention to detail.
Effective communicator with excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Good working knowledge of MS Office with focus on Excel, Power Point and One Drive.
Practical experience with AutoCAD or equivalent software and the ability to produce and work with drawings.
Ideally previous experience in the HVAC industry in areas such as pipework, district heating or heat pumps would be advantageous.
Completed CIBSE courses on plumbing, underfloor heating or heat networks design would be an advantage.
Offering
Salary £35k per annum
Monday - Friday; 9am - 5pm
Holidays 24 days plus 8 bank holidays
Hybrid working upon completion of training (2 days home and 2 days office)
