Sales Coordinator
My client is a global leader within the pioneering and manufacturing of high-performance solutions. Due to expansion, they are currently seeking a Sales Coordinator to join their team based in Belfast.
This is a Full-Time, Permanent Position.
Working hours: Working hours: (37.5 hours per week) Flexible start and finish times - Monday to Friday can start up until 9.30am, finish from 4.30pm Monday to Thursday, Friday finish at 1pm (if 37.5 hours complete)
With a salary of £24,001 per annum
Job Role:
You will be responsible for supporting the regional sales team with orders from receipt until shipping.
Essential Criteria:
- 1-year previous experience in an administration role which can include placement experience
- 5 GCSEs including English and Maths at Grades A-C or NVQ level 2 in Business Administration or equivalent relevant qualification.
- Experience of using databases as well as the knowledge and understanding of the sales order process.
- IT proficient with the experience of using Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal – with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- High level of customer service.
- Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload with a high level of accuracy, while adhering to tight deadlines.
- Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
Desirable Criteria:
- Previous experience within a sales or manufacturing environment.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the designated regional sales team e.g. EMEA or Rest of Asia.
- Management of order book.
- Accept, process and progress customer orders, acknowledge and advise of any changes.
- Assist with creation and follow through of RMAs.
- Generation of all types of invoices (e.g. shipping, proforma, manual sales).
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, distributors, and remote Sales colleagues.
- Manage Export license applications and keep up to date with progress.
- Liaise with other departments including Production, Supply chain, Product support to ensure progress of orders.
