Sales Skills Coach - Remote working - Permanent - £30,000 - £32,000
Plus, car allowance £4,200 per annum
Plus, annual bonus of up to 10% per annum of basic salary

A role has become available with one of the UK's fastest growing sales training providers. They are looking for highly motivated professionals, excited by the prospect of using their professional expertise to develop the careers of those working towards their Apprenticeship qualification.
The purpose of this job is to provide coaching of apprentices through the Apprenticeship Standard at Level 3 in IT Technical sales and Level 4 in Sales Executive.
You would be responsible for tracking their progression through the apprenticeship portal and the role will require you to adapt to different ways of working, establishing individual learning needs and identifying best practices. This role will entail predominantly one to one coaching with apprentices via email, phone calls and online platforms, such as Google Meets.
A successful skills coach will have many years of industry experience within the sales sector. Ideally, one who is looking to transition their skills in helping the minds of tomorrow.
Responsibilities:
· Motivate and encourage learning and development in your learners
· Recording and reporting on activity on the E-portfolio system
· Prepare the apprentice for their end-point assessment interview
· Delivering Functional Skills training in line with industry requirements
· Understand and adhere to safeguarding, health & safety, equality, and diversity regulations
· Assist in the development of training content across the standards
Requirements
· Work experience as a Sales Coach, Sales Trainer or similar role is highly desirable
· Experience in a sales position is a must
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate people
· Experience in learner/employee development is essential
· Desirable: Assessor qualification such as TAQA, A1 or willingness to work towards
Please note, if successful, you will get a car allowance of £4,200, plus 10% bonus scheme - 3% is based on the performance of the whole business and 7% on KPI's related to learner achievements and completions as set out between yourself and your line manager
