The ideal candidate will have previous experience in leading a successful team. The salary for this position is £28,000 per annum and is in Bradley Stoke, Bristol.

- Salary: £28,000 per annum plus uncapped commission
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5pm

Key Responsibilities of a Sales Coach:
- Motivating, monitoring and coaching the development of the team as required
- Reporting to the respective Manager on team/individual performance and pipeline reviews
- Being responsible for the performance of the team and ensuring all members achieve their KPIs
- Completing weekly call listening with the team to drive performance
- Outbound calling new businesses to establish and develop relationships with the aim of converting them into customers
- Achieving your own sales targets and KPIs
Key Skills and Experience of a Sales Coach:
- A minimum of two years' experience of leading a successful team in an outbound business to business sales environment is essential
- Proven track record of previous outbound sales experience
- Experience of using and managing campaigns on CMR systems
- Excellent leadership and motivational skills is required
- You should be computer literate with CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
