Job Title: Sales Representative
Salary: £26,000 - £29,000 DOE pa + bonus
Location: Luton
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 8:30am - 5:00pm
 
Our client is seeking a sales-driven and passionate Sales Representative with a proven track record in retaining business, growing client accounts, and maximizing sales. SKILLS REQUIRED
·Proven experience as a telesales representative or in another sales/customer-focused role
·Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone
·Highly organized, with diary management skills
·Experience within a B2B environment
·Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
·Professional and confident telephone manner
·KPI and target driven
·Ability to work under pressure
·Customer-focused
·Experienced in Account Management and Sales
·Strong attention to detail
RESPONSIBILITIES
·Reach out to existing accounts to maximize sales and inform them of new products
·Make outbound calls to attract new customers and create new relationships
·Successfully negotiate with customers
·Work collaboratively with other departments to exceed customer expectations
·Identify opportunities with customers to grow the existing client base
·Work closely with the Sales leadership team to identify ways to grow the business
·Respond to incoming email and phone enquiries and follow up on warm leads
·Hit and exceed sales targets on a monthly basis and work toward KPIs
