As a Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and revenue generation for the company. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs, and recommending solutions to meet those needs. Your primary focus will be on cultivating new business opportunities while also nurturing existing accounts to ensure continued satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively prospect and qualify leads to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customers' requirements and challenges.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential customers effectively.
- Provide consultative sales support by offering tailored solutions and addressing customer concerns.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry or role but not needed.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is desirable.
