The opportunity
Our hugely successful Matchtech Aerospace division is looking for an experienced Consultant to take on a busy Aero desk, working alongside one of the top performers in the business Dan Martin.
With almost 40 years worth of contacts, expertise, and established relationships in the space, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Recruiter with an Engineering/White collar bias to build a successful desk.
With a focus on Quality Engineers and other technical skillsets, it is quite a niche role; but benefits from higher fees and an extensive network; as well as Dans expertise in Aerospace.
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will develop the technical expertise and market awareness to identify, open, and develop new market opportunities in an inclusive and supportive environment.
You will grow, what we refer to as “your desk” - your desk in recruitment is a hub of activity, where you'll spend your days connecting with candidates, coordinating interviews, canvassing clients and working closely with hiring managers to successfully fill open vacancy. Sales activities and building relationships will be an integral part of your role.

We are looking for individuals with;

- Previous Engineering or technical recruitment experience, ideally from a 360 bias but will look at 180 or Talent Acquisition individuals looking to return to, or start a career on the Sales side.
