I am looking for a Sales Consultant for a very exciting role in a very niche industry. The ideal candidate would be a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant. You will be a key member of the sales team and will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their needs and promoting the companies services.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Interact with potential customers in-person, over the phone, or through digital channels to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Sales: Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting the services, upselling additional features, and closing deals.
- Property Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring cleanliness, security, and overall customer satisfaction.
- Leasing and Documentation: Assist customers with the leasing process, explain terms and conditions, and accurately complete all necessary paperwork.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive and helpful attitude.
Qualifications:
- Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales
- Customer Focus: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong focus on providing outstanding customer service.
- Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain a well-organized and clean storage facility.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using computer systems, point-of-sale software, and other technology tools.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to think on your feet and find effective solutions to customer inquiries or issues.
