What is the day-to-day of a Recruitment Consultant?

• Business Development with new and existing clients.
• Meeting clients daily and building strong relationships.
• Consulting clients around their growth and hiring plans.
• Sourcing candidates via headhunting, LinkedIn, marketing and utilising your network for referrals.
• Consulting candidates to understand their strengths and supporting their career progression.
• Client entertainment.
• Creating events to bring clients and candidates alike together.
• Building an excellent reputation and ensuring both clients and candidates receive an excellent service.
• Closing deals and generating revenue.

Profile and Experience Desired:

• Strong commercial experience - we are looking for people who can demonstrate a track-record of working hard and taking responsibility (ideally from industries such as consultancy, B2B sales, real estate or marketing).
• Strong academics - A*-B A Levels & a degree from a Top 40 UK University within the last 5 years would be beneficial, however, not essential.
• Confident and personable by nature.
• Naturally competitive, determined, and career driven.
• No prior experience in recruitment is required - all training and development will be provided.

• £27,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience) + uncapped commission
