Sales Consultant Gbp30,000 Basic + Ote Gbp60,000+

A very well established Financial Services company are in search of motivated Sales Consultants to join their sales force, currently have over 800 staff and are growing year on year with a great company culture, training & career progression plan, GBP60,000+ a year earning potential and performance rewards such as trips to Dubai and other locations and social events also a great work life balance offering 3 day weekends twice a month , 54 holidays for the year

Responsibilities:speaking to clients who have made a online enquiry for life insurance (hot leads no cold calling!)- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals- Conduct fact find and present quotes to customers and close sales- Making Outbound calls

Career Progression:

- Salary Reviews every 3 months can increase up to GBP60k on a basic salary with OTE GBP100K

- Bonus Structure - 100% of monthly basic salary

- Progression routes into Sales Management and Coaching and Development Positions

Qualifications:- Fluent in English- Proven track record of success in sales 2 years Tele sales experience- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- Strong negotiation and closing abilities- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
