Our Client:
Autograph Recruitment is delighted to be working with a well-established, successful business based in Newport. With national, and international presence, my client imports, trades, and processes steel. They provide innovative products and services to customers, and are now looking for highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Consultant join them.
Ideally, we are looking for a candidate that has a strong understanding of the sales process and a proven track record of success in closing deals. They will be d edicated and punctual, to contribute to the companies impressive development targets.
As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying and qualifying leads, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and delivering sales presentations. You will also be responsible for negotiating and closing deals, providing excellent customer service, and tracking and reporting on sales performance.
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and have the ability to build valuable relationships with customers. This role will be hybrid, in office and out in the field.
Responsibilities of Sales Consultant:
- Generate new leads and qualify prospects
- Develop and execute sales strategies
- Build relationships with customers and close deals
- Track and report on sales performance
- Conduct research and maintain details knowledge of customer base and leads
- Negotiate prices to ensure profitability and competitivity
- Develop deep understandings of customer needs and solutions
- Create customised proposals and giving valuable feedback to the team
The ideal candidate:
- Demonstration of a desire to succeed, determination and self-motivation
- Evident successful sales background, ideally B2B or the drive for a career in sales
- Creative and proactive with sales strategy
- Strong negotiation skills
- Personable with impeccable communication skills
