We have an excellent position available for an out going and charismatic selling, Holiday Home Sales Consultant at one of our clients stunning holiday and gold resort in beautiful Kenmore. This position will see you maximising sales of holiday homes and fractional ownership and working as a successful and motivated consultant. A hands on approach and teh ability to deliver world class service.
Role Responsibilities:
- Being motivated, driven and target focused consultant within a small team.
- Maximizing sales for the resort and selling a luxury product.
- Maintaining high standards of customer service and delivering an amazing customer experience.
- Adhering to and promoting the Company Values along with Company best practice and legal compliance
- Developing and maintaining relationships with owners, holiday potential homeowners, internal and external customers
- Gaining feedback from new buyers and acting accordingly
- Resolving customer queries by using a positive approach and putting yourself in the customers’ shoes
- Deal effectively and efficiently with customer concerns and compliments following the company guidelines
- Maintain a continuous positive dialogue with customers to ensure the sale of holiday homes is supported from initial transaction to final delivery and handover including a full and final check on all relevant documentation
- Monitor and help proactively resolve any after sales complaints to ensure customer satisfaction
- Encouraging potential upgrades and upselling to potential buyers
