Sales Consultant

Base Salary £24,000, with OTE of an extra £36,000+ (projected £60k+ total per year!!)

Role Overview:

As a renewable energy Sales Consultant, your core responsibility is to drive sales and promote Air Source Heat Pumps and Solar Energy to residential homeowners, steering sales initiatives, and ensuring alignment with customer goals and financial parameters.

Desired Experience

  • Proven track record in sales. Preferably in the renewable energy industry or high-ticket products.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex information to clients.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritise tasks to meet KPI’s and target.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Client and partner relationship management
  • Highly Driven and positive self-starter

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Generation: Proactively qualify, and successfully close warm inbound leads, surpassing predefined sales targets.

2. Client Consultation: Engage in thorough consultations with potential clients, analysing their energy requirements, explaining the advantages of renewable energy and proposing customised solutions.

3. Proposal Development: Create comprehensive proposals and quotes, precisely reflecting customer needs, system specifications, costs, and flexible financing options.

4. Relationship Building: Establish robust customer relationships by delivering exceptional service, addressing queries, and providing ongoing support throughout the sales process.

5. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and government incentives to strategically position our products in the market.

6. Collaboration: Work closely with installation and technical teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

7. Reporting: Maintain meticulous sales records and offer insights for continuous improvement.

8. Team Collaboration: Embrace a collaborative and positive working environment, maintaining effective communication channels with project managers, supervisors, and support teams.
