TRM Recruitment are looking for 5 ambitious and driven individuals to join a boutique financial services recruitment company about to embark on the next stage of their growth.
Currently 6 in size, they are in an office capacity of 15 and have further plans to continue to build and increase headcount. This means you could be part of the first cohort of employees in the business creating huge opportunities for growth and progression in the future.
TRM Recruitment -What you need:
-University degree is preferred (2:1 minimum)
-Work experience ideally in a sales related role
-Driven to succeed and highly motivated.
-Competitive and high achiever
-Ambitious and money-motivated
-Eligible to work in the UK (No sponsorships given)
TRM Recruitment - The Role:
-Headhunting candidates and building relationships
-Winning new business from day 1 to build your client base
-Proactively reaching out to candidates and clients
-Oversee day to day processes and interviews
-Salary and Contract Negotiation towards the end of a process
-Enjoying company drinks on a Friday!
