Sales Coordinator job, 6-month fixed term contract based in Droitwich

Hays are working with a large retail-based business in Droitwich who are looking for an exciting new opportunity in Droitwich due to growth. This is a full-time rotational shift role, for a 6-month fixed-term contract available to start immediately. The role offers a bonus based on KPIs, so additional earnings are available.
Your new role
This role will be office based, working with a friendly and supportive team in a varied role. Duties include:
To confirm appointments, when made by the Contact Centre Executives, ensuring that they are in line with company criteria. To make sure that Sales Advisors have appointments for all their available times, ensuring that they are in sensitive geographical areas. To email the appointment lead-sheets to the Sales Advisors each day, making certain that they have been sent successfully. To email daily schedule of appointments to Regional Consultants. To liaise with the Contact Centre Manager regarding the requirements for appointments. To update the results of each appointment on the computer system, as they become known. To maintain a record of Sales Advisor's monthly availability. To collate this and advise the relevant Regional Consultant. To contact customers in order to ascertain what actually happened, updating the customer records and reporting back to the relevant Regional Consultant. To ensure that the relevant Regional Consultant is aware of any problems or queries regarding their area or Sales Advisors. The role works on a rotating shift basis, working one weekend day per month,
What you'll need to succeedExperience in the following areas:
Sales administration/Sales Coordinator experience. Ability to identify and solve problems efficiently. Excellent Customer Service : Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service with empathy towards customers. Ability to perform effectively in high-pressure situations.
