SalaryWe are thrilled to partner exclusively with a dynamic company located near Daventry, currently seeking a skilled and experienced Sales Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a dedicated team, where your role is integral in managing customer-focused sales operations. Duties include:
Comprehensive Sales Order Management: the entire sales order process, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. This includes:
- Procuring stock from our overseas site.
- Uploading details into the Workbook via our CRM system.
- Collaborating with various departments including Sales, Demo, and Parts.
- Coordinating with the Workshop team on product builds.
- Direct communication with customers to confirm delivery schedules and training arrangements.
The ideal candidate for this role will possess proven experience in sales administration or customer service, demonstrating exceptional communication skills in both verbal and written forms. We are looking for someone with a proactive, problem-solving attitude, who embodies a 'can-do’ approach in every task. Strong organisational skills are essential, as the role requires the ability to meet deadlines effectively and maintain order in a fast-paced environment. Professionalism, particularly in telephone interactions, is paramount. Additionally, proficiency in SAP is a preferred requirement for this position.
Remuneration
- £23,000 per annum - rising to £24,000 after probation
- 25 days holiday plus statutory days
- Pension
- Working hours 8.00am -5.00pm Monday to Friday with (1 hour for lunch)
- Based outside of Daventry and within commutable distance of Daventry, Rugby, Crick and Long Buckby
