Sales Coordinator - Order Processing - PA - Inside Sales - Customer Support - Sales Administrator

Our Client is looking for a talented, self-motivated and adaptable individual to join their team and act as a Sales Coordinator supporting the Technical Sales Managers, as well as additional PA duties supporting the CEO. They are looking for a Sales Coordinator who has strong organisation skills, attention to detail and a proactive mindset.

Sales Coordinator duties;

• Assist with marketing, internal sales, ERP & CRM operation etc.
• Assist with operations (purchasing and invoicing, logistics etc.)

PA to the Company Director duties;

• Provide comprehensive support, managing both professional and some private duties (booking personal appointments, assisting with personal projects, hobbies and errands)
• Manage calendars, schedule and coordinate meetings; remind the Director and Managers of important tasks and deadlines
• Handle logistics (book tickets, hotels etc.) and travel itineraries
• Take care of day-to-day office operations, including managing supplies, equipment and facilities
