What you will do as a Sales Coordinator - Meeting & Events

  • Assists operationally and administratively in the achievement of department’s pre-determined sales and revenue targets by driving MICE sales leads, increasing conversion & successful planning of events.
  • Receive and convert incoming enquiries to achieve targets
  • Ensure the complete administration and execution of all planned events.
  • Generate and develop sales leads and contact potential clients to build business relationships
  • Arrange and carry out Hotel show rounds
  • Liaises and works closely with the related operation departments ensuring guest's requests and expectations are being met.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction regularly and resolve any outstanding issues to ensure future business
  • Supports the Event Sales Manager in the conduct of their duties
  • Achieves the monthly and annual personal target contributing to the Sales revenue.
  • Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships
