Our client, a leading office and construction supplies company, is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join their team in Crayford. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of daily sales activities. Your attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills will be vital in maintaining effective communication and coordination within the team.
JOB TITLE:Sales Coordinator
LOCATION: Crayford
SALARY: £12.50 - £13.00 per hour
TERM: Temporary with the opportunity to go permanent for the right candidate
HOURS: Monday - Friday 7.30am - 5.00pm
START: ASAP
Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in managing and maintaining customer accounts
- Process sales orders and ensure accuracy of pricing, discounts, and terms
- Coordinate with internal teams to provide timely and efficient response to customer inquiries
- Prepare sales reports and analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and implement sales strategies
- Provide outstanding customer service and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales coordination or a similar role
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
