TwentyAI are currently partnered with a software company who specialize in providing workforce management and payroll solutions to the hospitality industry. They are hiring for an experienced Sales Development Representative to join their sales team. This is a hybrid oppourtunity with 2-3 days in office.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic target prospect lists that fit our Ideal Customer Profile through in-depth research.
- Generate sales leads; Assist with sales prospecting on the phone to schedule appointments for Account Executives
- Booking outbound meetings and generating sales pipeline through a multi-channel approach of cold calls, emails, social selling, networking, and independent research
- Meet and exceed monthly targets of meetings booked and revenue pipeline generated.
- Work closely with the sales team to improve the sales process, implement best practices and build a world-class outbound playbook.
Experience:
- Proven experience in a relevant sales, Sales Development, telesales or lead generation focused role
- Working knowledge with hospitality industries (experience with enterprise restaurants is beneficial)
- Ability to qualify leads to ensure high quality sales pipeline
- Knowledge of Sales, Outreach, ZoomInfo
- Experience with Orum is beneficial
- Creativity and Innovation are strong skills you possess through developing approaches & ideas to achieve goals, solve problems, improve performance
